Georgia’s official eVisa service allows eligible short-stay visitors to apply online. The government describes a process involving an application, payment and a ready eVisa, with instructions to print the document for travel.
Check the actual eligibility route
Start with the official portal and enter your own travel-document details. If you have residence or another visa in a different country, check whether it affects your route under the current rules. A general social-media claim that “GCC residents can go” is not a substitute for checking the conditions relevant to you.
The result should guide your preparation. Do not combine a visa-free route described for one traveller with an eVisa checklist intended for another.
Prepare a clear short-stay plan
For your own organisation, record the expected dates, accommodation and the purpose of the visit. Keep the documents requested by the portal together and label each file by traveller.
If two people in the same booking have different passports, run the checks separately. Shared flights and accommodation do not establish shared immigration eligibility.
Read all the current conditions
Before submitting, review the requirements shown by the official service, including any supporting-document or insurance instructions. Conditions may change, so use the current portal rather than a saved screenshot from an old trip.
After approval, print and save the eVisa as instructed. Compare its details with your passport and keep the supporting information for the journey accessible.
If the passport or travel plan changes, ask the official service whether a new step is needed. An electronic application is convenient, but it still requires the traveller to understand and meet the conditions of the permission issued.
