Privacy & cookies

Free subscriptions

When you subscribe, we store your name, email address, signup time and consent to editorial updates. The publisher manages these records in the private publishing workspace. We do not collect payment details for the free offer. To unsubscribe or request removal, use our contact form, choose “Privacy request” and include the subscribed email address. Do not send identity documents.

Reading the journal

Advise Visa does not ask readers to upload passports or submit visa applications. Search terms are sent to this website to find matching articles. Our hosting provider processes requests and technical information needed to operate and secure the site.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referring websites and broad information about browsers, devices and countries. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies or follow readers across websites. We use these aggregate insights to improve the publication.

Publisher accounts

Publisher access uses a dedicated login ID and password, or the existing ChatGPT sign-in. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. A secure session cookie keeps publishers signed in for up to 12 hours; sign-out revokes the session. Temporary hashed client identifiers limit login attempts. The website receives account identity information to determine whether the account is authorised to publish. Articles, images and advertising settings are stored in the website’s database and file storage. We do not store your ChatGPT password.

Advertising

This website includes Google AdSense. Google AdSense and Google’s consent-management service may process device information and use cookies under their policies and your consent choices. Automatic ads and consent messages are managed through Google. Manual ad placements wait for the consent-management signal before requesting ads. Empty manual placements are collapsed. You can manage available advertising choices below.

Contact messages

Messages submitted through the contact form, including any optional email address, are stored for the publisher to review. We store a daily hash derived from the request IP address to limit spam; the contact database does not store the raw IP address. Do not send sensitive application records.

External links and images

Official source links open external websites with their own privacy practices. Launch images are hosted with this website; a publisher may use an external image, which can cause your browser to contact that provider.

Contact and requests

For privacy questions or requests about information you supplied to the publication, contact the publisher at our contact page. Do not include sensitive visa documents in an initial message. Publisher content is retained until revised or removed; the hosting service may retain backups or security records under its own policy.
